Shipping:
Each item is made to order and ready to ship within 2-7 business days, depending on your product type. 97% of orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, and 50% are shipped within 3 business days or less. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking.
All orders are shipped in self-sealing poly mailers, made from 100% recyclable polyolefin plastic. Most recycling centers aren’t equipped to recycle plastic bags, so please consider a drop-off location near you so that it can be properly recycled.
Return Policy:
All products undergo several quality checkpoints, and while we strive for 100% order accuracy, we recognize that mistakes can happen every now and again! If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at hello@rightbyearth.com within three business days of your delivery and we’ll make things right!
All orders are custom made, so please be sure to review size charts within each product description before placing your order. We do not accept returns or size exchanges.
Cancellations:
Once you submit an order, it is sent off to production and cannot be cancelled.
